There’s a new event in Pokemon GO that gives Trainers a chance to earn a special Lapras with a Blanche-themed accessory. For those who don’t know, there are three teams in Pokemon GO, and Blanche is the captain of the mystery team that this event revolves around.
This guide will cover Mystery Hero Events, showing readers limited-time, field and special research missions, their rewards, and event rewards.
How long does the mystery hero event last?
Pokemon GO’s Mystery Heroes event will begin on April 13th at 10AM local time and will end April 17th at 8PM local time. This gives the trainer almost five days to complete the research and take advantage of the event reward effect.
What are event bonuses?
During the mysterious hero event, trainers can expect three different rewards :
Double Evolution Experience Earn two Candy XLs for each evolution of a Pokemon Lure module for three hours 
During Mystery Heroes, players should make sure to evolve as many Pokemon as possible. The double XP effect alone is worth checking the storage space and evolving literally any Pokemon; look for the basic ones like Pidgey, Rattata, Caterpie, etc. first. Players should have a bunch of Pidgey after the April Fools’ Pidgey Pandemonium event earlier this month.
There are three field research tasks in the Mystery Hero Field Research Mission
Mysterious Heroes event, which are as follows. The quests are pretty simple, and players will be able to acquire Metal Coats, which can be used to evolve Pokmon like Onix and Scyther, or Dragonscale items, which are used for Seadra.

As for special research, this is the only way to encounter special Lapras Bran odd accessories. There are four steps, luckily they are all fairly basic asks:
Step 1: Catch 15 Pokemon (10 Poke Balls) Use 10 pinap berries (1000 Stardust) while catching Pokemon Do 10 Great Throws (7 Pinap berries) Total reward : 1500 XP and Eevee encounters
Step 2: Evolve 5 Pokemon (50 Eevee Candies) Use 15 Berries to Catch Pokemon (15 Poke Balls) Catch 25 Pokemon (Encounter Shelmet) Total Reward : 2000 XP and Karrablast Encounter
Step 3: Make 3 Great Throws (5000 Stardust) Take a walk with your friends to get 5 Candies (10 Raspberries) Evolve 10 Pokmon (Inkay Encounter) Total Rewards : 2500 XP and Lapras Encounter
Step 4: Collect all rewards Total Reward : 1 Sinnoh Stone, 1 Unova Stone, 15 Ultra Balls, 2500 XP, 1 Glacial Lure Module
