Pokemon Fan Designs Human Form for Leafeon

A longtime Pokemon fan has designed a human version of Leafeon, seemingly as a nod to the classic role-playing game. Pokemon fans may see the evolution of Leafeon and other Eevee in the ninth generation Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Eevee was one of the original 151 Pokmon introduced in Pokemon Red and Blue, eventually becoming the series mascot alongside the ever-popular Pikachu. Subsequent generations would introduce a total of eight Eevee evolutions : Umbreon, Sylveon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Flareon, Glaceon, Jolteon, and Leafeon. Each Eevee evolution has a different type associated with its move set, and players can evolve an Eevee into the desired form by using elemental stones in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. However, some of these evolutions may require specific friendship levels and times of day for Eevee to evolve. While it might take some work to get a certain evolution or shiny variant, each evolution of Eevee has been beloved by community fans over the years.

Pokemon fan Comprehensive-Mix-91 recently completed an original concept for the Leafeon figure. Leafeon fan art depicts the Pokmon as a young teenage girl, and the design appears to be inspired by characters from the Legend of Zelda series and other classic role-playing game franchises. Leafeon’s figure also retains the Pokemon’s grass-like pattern, with green accents and leaf-shaped ears. Also, the girly dress is beige and green, just like Leafeon’s official design in the Pokemon game.

Leafeon is said to be a pacifist Pokemon that tends to live in quiet, dense forests and clean river waters. A special ability of Leafeon allows the Pokemon to purify the air after absorbing enough sunlight. Also, this creature has a natural and sweet aroma which is highly sought after as a perfume in the Galar region. The original concept art for Comprehensive-Mix-91 seems to draw inspiration from the lore of Leafeon and its official design.

The Leafeon figure is an interesting concept from Comprehensive-Mix-91, and the artwork might inspire Pokemon fans to create their own version of the Leafeon. Eevee Evolution is one of the most popular Pokemon in the entire series, so others may try to create human forms of the other seven Pokemon as well.

Despite the lack of new Eevee evolutions, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players who managed to get all eight Eevee evolutions will likely try to catch their shiny variants. These shiny forms also appear in Pokemon GO, but shiny Eevee evolutions may prove to be just as elusive in the mobile game.
