Persona 5 Royal: Strength Confidant Guide

The velvet room is a common element in every Persona game, and there will always be other residents in the room besides Igor. In Persona 5 Royal, the residents are Caroline and Justin, twin watchers and power confidants.

Much like Margaret in Persona 4, the Twin Watchers challenged the Joker to create specific characters with specific skills, and doing so would increase the Power Confidant level in Persona 5 Royal. Doing this can sometimes be difficult and sometimes easy, so this guide will explore several ways players can complete lists.

General information

persona 5 royal strength 1 In the Tarot, the Arcana of Power depicts a woman and her apparently tamed lion, which together represent physical and spiritual strength. Interpretations of this card include courage, confidence, and enthusiasm, while opposite meanings include pettiness and abuse of power.

The earliest the Power Confidant can start is May 18, when Justin will ask to speak to the Joker. After that, as long as the clown has access to the velvet room, he can talk to Justin, ask her about hard labor, and if he has the right persona and the right skills, there is no limit to when players can level up their ranks : his stock. There are no relationship points, so don’t bother storing power characters for these events.

Unlike other chums, it doesn’t take any time to increase the power rank, so players can reach new levels in the middle of a Mementos or Palace run, while during New Game Plus, players can go from level 1 to 10 on day one. Just make sure the requested role has the correct skills in the registry. Players can lock registered characters to avoid any accidents.

the list

2022-11-23 16_35_26-Persona_ 10 Personas Inspired by Mythology - Google Docs First, players should be aware that trinkets that grant the Joker skill do not count. A skill must be on an individual character’s list for the twin to count it. On the other hand, skills learned from skill cards are also important. This means players can use Electric Chair Executions and Strength Hangouts (more on that below) to take the cards they need and apply them to the relevant Persona without worrying about fusion.

1: Jack Frost and Mabufu, Level 11 Sorcerers

Jack Frost gains several levels of Mabufu, so just use any Personas to fuse Jack Frost, and the Joker’s relationship with Morgana should give Jack Frost the skills he needs.

To activate the Strength Confidant, the Warden will unlock the Group Guillotine. This allows Joker to fuse special characters that require three or four characters instead of two.

2: Ame-no-Uzume and Frei, level 13 lovers

Both Makami and Shiisaa started with Frei. However, players cannot fuse Temperance or Strength Personas to create Lovers Persona, so they must transfer skills to a second Persona and fuse it into Ame-no-Uzume. One possibility is :

Makami and Mandrake create Inugami Inugami and Angel create Ame-no-Uzume 3: Flauros and Tarukaja, level 19 demons

Flauros is a three-part fusion of Berith, Eligor and Orobas. Eligor starts with Tarukaja, so keep this requirement in mind when merging.

Level 3 rewards are locked. A persona in a locked state cannot be used in battle, nor will it gain experience points, but it can learn new passive skills after a few days, and players can use incense to boost its attributes. However, Personas that are locked for more than 10 days will disappear, excluding days when the Velvet Room is unavailable.

4: Phoenix with Counter, Faith Level 21

Oni and Yaksini are good choices as they both have Counter and can be fused directly to form a Faith Persona. Combine Oni with Empress or Yaksini with Strength or Temperance characters.

5: Setana and Rakukaja, level 25 Emperor

Lamia and Apsaras will spawn the correct Persona with the correct skills.

Level 5 gives special treatment to clowns. From this point on, the Joker can fuse Personas with higher levels than him. However, the cost of doing this is very high, and the cost will be even higher when the levels of Joker and Persona are very different.

The 6: Neko Shogun with Dekaja, level 30 star

Neko Shogun is another special fusion, this time between Kodama, Sudama and Anzu. Anzu learned Dekaja at level 28, so either fuse Anzu, or use it long enough in combat to reach the correct level.

7: Lachesis with Tetraja, Level 35 Fortune

Principality is Tetraja’s Justice Persona, but cannot directly fuse Justice to Fortune Persona. Instead, try this combination :

Principality and Mitra create Thoth Thoth and Anzu create Lachesis 8: Hecatoncheires with Masukunda, Level 42 The Hanged Man

Thoth starts from Masukunda, but again there is no way to directly fuse them to create Hecatoncheires. This is a workaround :

Thoth and Kelpie create Belphegor Belphegor and Isis create Hecatoncheires At level 8, the twins unlock the Guillotine Booster. This will unlock fusions that require five or more characters.

9: Bug in Samarecarm, level 49 fool

First, the player must gain the ability to fuse the Bug by completing the “The Lovesick Cyberstalking Girl” quest. Bugs is a special fusion that requires the Persona to be Hariti, who gets the Samarecarm at level 41.

10: Seth with High Counter, Level 51 Tower

Dakini learns High Reverse at level 52, but Seth is another special fusion where Dakini is not on its list. Instead, try this :

Dakini and Pazuzu create Horus Horus, Isis, Thoth, and Anubis create Seth Alternately, the reward for the “Trash Cleanup Killer” quest is a high counter skill card.

For completing the Strength confidant, the Joker gets the VIP treatment. This reduces perk markups, and it unlocks Zaou-Gongen, the ultimate power character.

hangout

persona 5 royal strength hangout Starting on June 6, Caroline and Justin will ask the clown to take them to special places in the real world. Most of these parties take place at night, at the end of which the twins give the Joker one or more skill cards. These include every skill they require to rank power confidants, which is a great way to avoid the headaches of trying to figure out melds and levels.

However, these hangouts won’t be unlocked all at once, and the clown has to know a location or have visited a venue in order to show it to the twins. They must all be done in order, although some of them are only available in certain months and will not be done if it rains. If a location times out, players should still be able to continue with the remainder of the hangout.
