A new Genshin Impact leak reveals more information about the event weapons players will be able to obtain for free in the upcoming 3.7 patch. Although characters and weapons are the game’s main source of income, developer HoYoverse sometimes gives these away for free as part of event-exclusive quests.
Genshin Impact update 3.5 provides players with a new 4-star claymore called the Mailed Flower, which can be obtained by completing the Floral Pursuit quest during the Windblume’s Breath event. According to recent rumors, the game will continue a similar pattern with the next update.
A recent post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit revealed more information about the new bow, which will be available for free as part of one of Genshin Impact update 3.7’s upcoming events. The leak claims that the four-star weapon will be a bow called the Ibis Piercer, which will be rewarded to players for completing the main quest for the update, which will feature many popular characters such as Wanderer, Dehya, and Tighnari. According to the post, the new bow Ibis Piercer will have the following stats:

Basic Attack : 565 Secondary Attribute : Attack Percentage Secondary attribute maximum value. value: 27.6% Passive: Passive effect : After the charged attack hits the enemy, the weapon will increase the character’s element mastery by 40 for 6 seconds. His damage scales with Elemental Mastery, which means the stats provided by the passive will come in handy. Players looking to add Tighnari to their roster will have to try their luck on the standard banner, or they can just wait to lose 50/50 on the limited banner.
The fact that Dehya recently joined the standard banner character pool means players now have a 14% chance of getting that particular character. Some Genshin Impact fans have come up with an interesting concept that could improve the status of this less popular banner.
The idea would include implementing a new system similar to the Epitomized Path mechanic that currently appears on weapon banners. Players won’t be able to wield this weapon on the new 3.7 character Kirara, as a recent Genshin Impact leak confirmed that she will be a new sword character. This will make her the second Dendro sword user after Alhaitham.
Genshin Impact is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4 and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
