Week 4 of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 has just begun, and players can’t wait to complete the challenges so they can collect this week’s XP as soon as possible. It’s not uncommon for players to have to search for specific objects on the map to complete certain weekly quests, and it happened again this week.
Players will have to bounce off tires, vents, and lily pads if they want to earn some easy XP and upgrade their Fortnite Battle Pass. This guide will point gamers in the right direction and help them complete this quest in no time.
map location
Tires are common and are scattered around the map. Players can head to almost every gas station on the map and they’ll be able to find some tires. Drift Ridge – where Nitro Drifters usually spawn – is the best location, as the entire track is surrounded by tires to keep vehicles from veering off the road.
Vents can be found on top of tall buildings, so Mega City is the right place to find them. Players can jump on either track to quickly get to the upper part of the building, and they’ll be able to spot the vents in no time.
Lily pads only spawn on the lake on the southeast side of the map – where there are bamboo and cherry blossom trees. If the player travels to Placid Pond, Whispering Waters, and Windcatch Lake, they are sure to find Lily pads.
To bounce on these items, the player simply walks up to them and jumps on them.
best route
This quest doesn’t need to be done in one match, but can be done if the player knows the correct route when exploring the map. All of these bouncable items can be found in the southeastern part of the map–a new area added this season. The lily pads spawn on small lakes with geysers in the middle, so players can easily go to one of these lakes, walk over the geyser to turn the glider back on, and then go to one of the map areas with tires, as they usually have a Rogue nearby Bike, they can ride to Mega City.
Alternatively, they can bounce on the tires first, then ride towards the lily pad and fly to Mega City. Either way, this challenge is quick to complete, and players shouldn’t have too much trouble encountering enemies.
Fortnite is available for Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
