For the first time in over three years, a new exotic shotgun has been released in Destiny 2. The Conditional End is the latest raid exotic weapon, introduced alongside the new Nightmare Roots raid. However, some players will need instructions on how to obtain guns. This guide will help Destiny 2 players get the Conditional Finality Exotic Shotgun.

How to get conditional finality
The short and sweet answer is that the Conditional End Exotic Shotgun can only be obtained by defeating the final boss of the Nightmare Roots raid: Nezarec, the final God of Pain. However, players only have a 3% chance of getting a gun per character per week. This means that every character the player owns has a 3% chance of getting Shotgun: once.
For those who do raids a lot, this isn’t a terrible opportunity, as the player’s chances of getting a weapon disappear after each loot. However, for those who can’t raid very often, this leaves them with little chance of getting a shotgun. That said, there are ways to increase a player’s chances of getting an Exotic drop.
In Nightmare Roots’ raid seal, the Dream Warrior on the Journey tab is a raid-related win. Completing these victories will give players more chances to get conditional finishes. For example, these missions include completing raids with a full fireteam of a specific class, or with five other members of the player’s clan. Completing all victories that increase the chance of getting an exotic weapon will give Guardians a 30% chance to get the weapon on their next loot clear.
How Conditional Determinism Works
Now that you have Shotgun, it’s time to discuss how it works. The weapon is unlike anything the franchise has seen before. For starters, it’s a stasis and solar weapon, but it fires one round at a time, with two rounds in the magazine. The first shot does stasis damage, the second hits solar. The Exotic perk states, ‘Shooting nearly all stasis projectiles will freeze the target; landing nearly all solar pellets will ignite the target.

This takes the weapon to the next level, as it’s a two-in-one weapon that can deal multiple elemental damage quickly. On top of that, freezing or igniting enemies also works for champions thanks to changes made by the Lightfall DLC. Therefore, conditional finisher is undoubtedly the best weapon against unstoppable and anti-barrier heroes. Overloading is still a problem with guns. Overall, Conditional Finality is one of the best raid Exotic weapons in the game in a long time.
Destiny 2 is currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
