Call of Duty: Warzone 2 Player Gets Unbelievable Sniper Kill From Over 1,300 Meters

A Call of Duty : Warzone 2 player managed to shoot an incredible sniper from over 1,300 meters in the air. Any Call of Duty : Warzone 2 player would be frustrated by a shot like this, but at the same time, skill level needs to be respected.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 continues to receive regular updates from developer Infinity Ward, and Season 3 of the game is now in full swing. While the new season brings its own problems, Infinity Ward is generally good at addressing them quickly after they arise. With plenty of new content for players to enjoy, Season 3 has been a success so far. After the long-awaited return of 2009’s Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 Intervention, even franchise veterans are returning to the game.

The clip was posted to Reddit by user Virtual_Projectile, in which they demonstrate mastery of the game’s bullet throwing, or one of the luckiest shots in Call of Duty : Warzone 2 history. It’s unclear exactly which category this falls into. Either way, instant kills are pretty impressive. While another Call of Duty : Warzone 2 player has been busy doing long-range Drill Charge kills, Virtual_Projectile has opted for a more traditional method of killing opponents from a distance. The results are incredibly satisfying.

Players in the thread were certainly impressed with the shot, with one user pointing out the irony of the enemy being called “Bulletmagnet27.” Some are just confused by how players can see enemies in such a different way, let alone actually shoot itself. The hits are so far away that the original poster wondered in the post title if this was the world record remote kill in Call of Duty : Warzone 2. It definitely has some competition. If it doesn’t keep records, it probably comes pretty close.

It will be interesting to see how the future of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 develops. Infinity Ward has yet to comment on the game’s season 4, but it’s expected to begin in mid-June, when season 3 will wrap up. Some playlist updates in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 have been unnerving fans lately, so hopefully the developers will make sure as many fans as possible are happy with the updates. As May progresses, the future of the game may become clearer to players.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
